On a fully operational LnBits installation are all extension gone and it’s also not possible to install any new extensions.
I don’t know when that actually happened. The last update was for the Lightning node.
The issue persists also after umbrel has been rebooted.
Yes. You nedd read carefully the instrutions on http://umbrel.local/app-store/lnbits to recover all your extensions.

Same here: the “Manage extensions” field is empty…
