Today I attempted to send .01223XXX bitcoin to a buyer on Robosats using the Lightning Node. I pasted the invoice and clicked send and the spinner just spun and spun for several minutes. Very atypical so I refreshed my browser and when the screen loaded up again the spinner was gone and it was as if the transaction never occurred but my channel balance was deducted the amount!
There is nothing in my transaction history. I’ve search around everywhere and found some info about a stuck HTLC but I don’t know what to do with that information.
Did I just lose that money or will it end up back in my channel at some point? Do I need to leave the channel open or would it be better to close it?
