Is the umbrel team fired?

Ive been waiting their reply for a week, but they dont have any action at all including just reply on my request

Normally, the Umbrel team responds to support emails, but it can sometimes take a little while. Just be patient, and maybe the community here can help you out in the meantime. :slightly_smiling_face:

Finally i contact with support team, and i solved the problem with my umbrel home

I was annoyed a little bit, because i purchased it buy couldnt used it more than a week :sob:

But somehow i solve the problem and now my node sychronizing!!

This community has a lot of useful contents!
