How good is customer support?

Hi there, been thinking of installing UmbrelOS as a primary OS on my Orico CyberData nas, but when I search YouTube Videos (i.e. the one about installing Openclaw), forums and even this community site, I see many many questions that go unanswered from the company. Almost all solutions / solved post have been people figuring it out themselves or from other users. So my question is, how good is the support from this company? Is there a customer support team, and if so, why do they respond to so few of the questions/troubleshooting ask?

I’m on the fence between ZimaOS and Umbrel and appreciate any insights anyone has.
