Recently started running a node and had a friend come over and turn it off on accident. I still have my seed phrase but was wondering if anyone knew a way to get my node up and running again without having to resync the entire blockchain on my hard drive. Is it as simple as just turning it back on again or will I have to completely reset my node flash the software on the SD card again and use my seed phrase to recover my umbrel wallet once I resync everything
You can turn it back on, and if it doesn’t load properly – you can simply reflash the micro SD card then it’ll work again. The wallet is safe on the HDD so you should be okay. You don’t have to worry about re-syncing the blockchain, as it’ll pick up from where it was last left off from.
