Errors Trying to open a new Lightning Channel

Trying to open a new lightning channel and I keep getting this error:

Unable to connect to peer, socks connect tcp 10.21.21.11:9050->91.228.214.95:9735: unknown error general SOCKS server failure

Thoughts?

UPDATE: I was able to open a channel to another Umbrel Node from this community. But I couldn’t open a channel to a few other well known nodes.

I have the same problem, I cannot add a new peer with RTL app because of the same error.

UPDATE: Problem solved itself after waiting a couple of minutes…
