Bottom Line Running Umbrel on NUC vs. Raspberry Pi

How much, practically speaking, does running a faster processor actually improve performance of Umbrel with <75 channels? As shown in the attached, the processing power delta for a typical NUC vs RPi is stunning. But for a modest sized node, have those of you who upgraded to a NUC or similar (i.e. Start9 Server One with Intel Celeron N5105) actually experienced a larger number of transactions routed or more responsive rebalancing? For example, my modest node has lately been routing ~5M sats per day, at 83ppm. Does the better hardware with beefier CPU really deliver?
