Add Support for BTCPay Shopify Plugin (v2) and Plugin Deployer

Hi Umbrel team and community :waving_hand:

I’d like to request support for the BTCPay Server Shopify plugin (v2) and the BTCPAY_SHOPIFY_PLUGIN_DEPLOYER fragment in the BTCPay Server app on Umbrel.

Right now, BTCPay Server on Umbrel works great for standard use, but it lacks plugin support, especially for the Shopify integration, which is available in the full Docker deployment via plugin fragments.

This plugin enables merchants to:

  • Deploy a custom Shopify app from their own BTCPay instance
  • Accept Bitcoin payments natively on Shopify stores
  • Avoid using custodial or third-party payment processors

Would it be possible to enable:

  • Plugin fragment support in the Umbrel BTCPay app (e.g., via BTCPAYGEN_ADDITIONAL_FRAGMENTS)
  • Or include the Shopify plugin and deployer as part of a future app update?

This would be a huge help for self-sovereign merchants who want to integrate BTCPay with Shopify without needing to run a separate VPS.
