A fatal internal error occurred

RPi4 8gb
Umbrel Version 0.5.1
External HDD 3.0
Bitcoin core fully synced
Electrs 88% Synced
Those are the only two apps installed.
I seem to be getting a write error and I cant figure out why.
Debug logs show normal nothing detected.
I can still make and write files in terminal.
Im good ( not great) with linux and not scared of the terminal.
here is the partial tail from debug.log
Running into a problem with the last blocks it seems?
thanks

Hi my_bitcoin!

We are sorry you are facing this issue. Could you please drop your debug log so we can take a look into this?

Thank you,
Max

the debug log showed nothing found and just that bitcoind had shutdown.

I did some looking and found that I had a corrupted block. 2541

I dont know why it was preventing writing to the txindex??

I restored it from my other bitcoin core server and things seem to be up and running.
