Hi Noderunners,
my Umbrel just forgot my name and password after some (UI Based) restarts.
It looked like it was newly setup and asked to set a name and password again.
After I was confused and found out the data was still on the SSD I did that.
System showed up empty… Install your first App…
so i installed the Bitcoin Node, Lightning etc. and it was all the same. No sync no nothing wallet channels everything came back instant as it was before.
Any ideas how this could happen? I’m still wondering where the my custom set “user” and password is stored.
can this get me into any other problems in the future?
