I think that my “secret words” may have been compromised. How do I start from scratch? Do I re-flash my card? Can I keep the BTC blockchain on my HD to avoid having to download it again? Is there a way to just start up a new umbrel user name / pw / secret phrase?

I ended up just reformatting the HD and starting over. Cheers
