Sats locked in Core Lightning

I set up a fresh Umbrel on my Raspberry 4 with “Bitcoin Node”, “Core Lightning” and “Ride the Lightning” to learn and get some experience with Lightning.
I was able to send some sats (onchain) from my wallet to the Core Lightning wallet .
Now the problem is that I cannot open a channel to another node or send the sats onchain to another wallet.

This is the current state of my Core Lightning

Despite the 200k sats shown, i get the following error, when i try to send them onchain:
Could Not Afford 10000sat Using All 0 Available Utxos: 10083sat Short

When selecting the UTXO form the deposition, i get the follwoing error:
Utxo 12ae578420e23ba4387dfd70a…: Already Reserved

and the error, when i try to connect a channel to another node.
Could Not Afford 200000sat Using All 0 Available Utxos: 200107sat Short
