Order to France, arrived in US

I ordered an Umbrel Home a month ago, but it arrived in the USA instead of France. A ticket was opened with the AI that acts as the interface between the company and me, but I still haven’t received any response from the staff. Has anyone else encountered this kind of problem recently?
