I updated my Umbrel from 0.5 to 1.1 after having it offline for some time.
Sadly now after installing the update all apps are marked as “not running” and can´t be removed or restarted.
What could be the solution to it?

Same here. More annoyance from this crap system.
Was a solution ever found for this? Are you running on a Raspberry Pi and if so did you follow the steps here when you upgraded?
