No options to remove apps on Umbrel Home

Hi
Seems an obvious solution to be able to solve. Not so.
Having scoured this community I have been unable to source an answer.
On my home screen there is nothing that will allow me to remove apps. No “settings” no “right click on the app” options, nada.
So can some kind person put me out of my frustration and tell me how, please?
The offending app is the Mac backup. Nearly all my storage has been taken up and I’m wanting to remove the backup(s) and use a different solution.

You can right click on an app and then choose uninstall from the context menu. If you are on mobile you have to long click on the icon to open the context menu.

Thanks but on my umbrel that does not work.
I want to uninstall Back That Mac Up and right clicking brings up the attached screenshot.

Have you tried using a different browser?

First, thanks for trying to help.
Yes I have tried safari and firefox with the same results on all of them

So,
if you right-click on the app you want to delete on the home screen, the menu doesn’t appear?

Seems like a silly suggestion but are you on the latest OS and have you tried restarting to see if it resolves the issue?

Hey @Milesp, I’ve done some poking around and I may have a “nuclear option” if we have to, but it’s a bit technical, so I’ll save that for later.

Both @ngutech21 and @pauerbuk have shared the proper way to uninstall an app from the web UI. There are no other way’s from the UI to uninstall.

So to be clear: You have tried right clicking from a desktop, as well as hold on mobile and you aren’t seeing that menu? I just want to make sure we have exhausted all of those options first before I suggest breaking out curl and a web console, or the terminal.

Thanks to everyone who is trying to help - I appreciate it.
The popup menu (above) does not appear.
I have rebooted both the umbrel home and my mac.
I have the upto date umbrel os.
I have also tried a number of different browsers.
I have also tried with my iphone and voila! it works! hurray.

So one has to ask why ok on the iphone but not anywhere else?
So a big thanks to @chiptuner

To all that helped out (Thanks) I have found the solution as applied to MacOS on a macbook pro.
To get the required menu to facilitate app removal, the shortcut is…
control + left click

Hope that proves useful to someone who hit the same issue as myself.

If the computer is a MacBook and you were using the trackpad, the browser probably did not interpret the gesture.

I think that is indeed the case.
However using the tracked (left click) whilst holding down the control key works every time.

Thanks again for your help
