Nextcloud to Open Media Vault backup?

Hi there.

Is there a simple way to backup my Nextcloud on Umbrel?
I run also an Open Media Vault. in OMV i can set up backup processes with rsynch.
does anybody know how to setup this? which folder must be copied so all datas are backupt? in which path?

Or is there an other simple way to backup Nextcloud?

There is actually a separate backup app for Nextcloud. Have you tried it?

You can find these under the Apps menu item in your Nextcloud.
