I can send via BTC network, but not lightning. Installed thunder, LDNG, ride and blue wallet.

Do you know how Lightning Network works?
What partners do you have funded channels with? Is there enough outbound capacity to send what you want to send? A picture would help immensely to troubleshoot if you can get one
