Hey @hawthoa the usual issues are after installing Electrs it takes ~24 hrs extra to finish syncing as well
or it could be an error in Bitcoin
Feel free to share your log, you can generate a log file via System > Troubleshoot > Start
You can share the log via the 
button and attach it here
Or via command: sudo ~/umbrel/scripts/debug
