Lightning node receives invoice but says 'unpaid'. cant deposit to node

Can anyone help.
I am trying to send some sats to my lightning node. It sends from my Muun wallet and arrives in the node as an unpaid invoice. Eventually the payment fails and i get a refund but i don’t understand why.
