Why is this useful? For some reason I can’t reach my Umbrel through Tor. However, some of my other apps work fine over Tor. But how do I get their address without going through the Umbrel UI on Tor, which is down?
The solution is to ssh into Umbrel.
For my mempool Tor address is for example, it’s in this file on my RPi:
/umbrel/tor/data/app-mempool/hostname
All you do is get to the data folder, each app has a folder (eg app-mempool), and in the hostname file is your onion address. Bam!
