How to automatically shutdown Umbrel OS when laptop battery is too low?

I want to make sure the Umbrel shuts down correctly in case of power outage.
I’m looking for the right tool (or app?) to install and set that when the battery is at 15% the laptop (which has Umbrel OS running natively) will shutdown or hibernate in case the battery is in critical level.

I found a program called Upower.
To install Upower:
sudo apt-get install upower
sudo nano /etc/UPower/UPower.conf
*Modify: PercentageAction=15
