Which to Knots about a month ago and all went well, had a bad storm and my umbrel went offline for a day or so, now can’t get knots to sync back to 100 percent.

Try this. Stop all apps on your node from running and delete Knots. Reinstall Knots. Power back up with only Knots running, and without modifying stock settings. If it starts working OK, start your other apps once Knots has fully synced. Also check that your RAM is sufficient for all the apps you have running.
