Accessing Core Lightning via Terminal

Hey guys,

Been a while since I upgraded my umbrel, bloody hell great work! I remember the Telegram banter with about 20 people lol

So I am trying to build a web app using the new “Commando” plugin that has been added to the latest release of Core Lighting. Is it possible to access my Core Lightning Node via the Terminal? Ideally I want to:

  • check what version of Core is running
  • install latest version if need be
  • eventually use the Commando plugin to create some “runes”

Reviving this one because I’m trying to use the Commando plugin to create a rune for the Alby extension to my lightning node. Did you ever find out how to install in Umbrel?

Does seem possible looking at the Core Umbrel app repo. Not sure how to set it up though- gonna look into this
