Restarting for like a 1 hour or so

i have updated the new version but is restarting for ages

and cant find a fix or so with out uninstal everything again and waiting long time for blockchain sync and i have feeling is long struggle what repeat 100x times

also bitcoin node is showing starting for like an ages and if i restart is take again long time and cant find a fix almost 2 days struggle
