Trying to balance some channels to improve inbound liquidity. Anyone use circular rebalance option in RTL? I tried but it fails every time. Either no route error or timeout error.
Try small amounts at a time like 10-20k. Also fees set to % of amount at 2%. Try to adjust amount and %fee after a successful to see what works. The amount depends on liquidity and how well your node is connected.

If you use circular rebalance, you are shifting inbound liquidity from one channel to another. There has to be some inbound liquidity already. Also there may not be a route with large enough channels if you are trying to rebalance a large amount.
