How to setup a HDD for plex server in the Umbrel Home?

I have search and found some comments in Reedit of people that use extra HDD space to store their Plex content. But, I couldn’t find any guide/tutorial how to setup Umbrel Home to be able to expand the storage for plex usages.

Note: I’m not asking on other types of hardware, but rather on the Umbrol Home Box

This works but is tedious to set up for each docker instance
