Electrs Server running but does not stay connected after a bit

Now I have loaded erased loaded and erased both nodes several times and Electrs as well, it works for a bit and now I have to go back and forth between both nodes using the settings on the Electrs for the app to connect to server once again, sparrow now does not connect via Tor , I had to change back to local, please advise This is all due to changing from Core to Knots, now nothing is running properly
