Bitcoin node max transfer

I have a small balance showing on my bitcoin node. I’ve been trying to transfer this but when I select ‘max amount’ option, this always shows 0 sats. Would appreciate any help resolving this.

It seems that the balance is stuck in unconfirmed transaction. Does anyone know how I can recover this? I have tried search for the transaction ID on blockstream but it cannot found
