# Wallet amount not in sync

Hi,  
After a reset my wallet amount keeps showing a grey field. Blockchain is in sync for,100%

Any thoughts as reset will not do the trick.

If that QR code it doesn’t show the address, means your wallet is locked or something else is happening.  
A simple wrong line in your lnd.conf or even wrong color code you put, it can stale the starting of your node.  
Review the [troubleshooting manual](http://community.umbrel.com/t/umbrel-troubleshooting-guide/3632), but first run the debug logs to see what is hapenning.
