# Using umbrel without password

Hi folks!  
I imagine I’m not the first one to ask this (I’ve searched the forum but couldn’t really find a previous thread on this)

- is there a way to use umbrel without a password? I’m mainly referring to the main “account” password, I imagine there’s little control over the docker images.  
I understand the risks, I installed umbrel on a sbc, behind 2 layers of firewall, without any ssh external access and having an account password is mildly annoying.

Thank you for your reply, @morris, much appreciated!  
Maybe I’m doing something wrong or I missed something but as far as I can tell, this doesn’t disable the “umbrel” password dialog (see attachment)  
I’m using umbrel inside a dmz and want to make it easily accessible to other users in the dmz (my family).
