Hello everyone,

(disclaimer: I tried reading through a lot of threads in the support sections here, but still having issues so now I turn to you)

I got the hardware recommended by Umbrel, followed the setup process, and now when I try to access the node in my browser, it is stuck at ‘Starting Umbrel’

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex030/uploads/getumbrel/original/2X/2/2a9319278c1df8bee425a3075c5b7926527e2759.png)

I have tried Brave, Chrome and Firefox browsers, and all the same.

It seems like I get the error Unable to find image ‘getumbrel/tor’ when I check the logs.

Any ideas? (and am a n00b, so the more specifics in commands etc you can provide me the better 😅)

I did that, and got the same issue. Based on the logs, would you suspect a hardware issue with either PI, SSD or mSD?
