# Trying to download apps but says 'Not running'

Most apps I try to download (that I have never downloaded) just say ‘Not running’ on the button where I should be able to download it

Could you perhaps share a screen shot? Are you talking about in the app store? Or on your apps page?

mine’s in the app store, it just stops at 1%
