I’m experiencing some issues with the Raspberry Pi 4 model B (4 GB) being throttled. The temperature doesn’t seem too high at ~60 C, so what can the issue be? I’m using the Pi without a case but with heat sinks, see [https://www.digitalimpuls.no/kjøling/135018/raspberry-pi-4-heat-sink-kit-4-stk-sort-til-cpu-ram-usb-og-lan-chip](https://www.digitalimpuls.no/kj%C3%B8ling/135018/raspberry-pi-4-heat-sink-kit-4-stk-sort-til-cpu-ram-usb-og-lan-chip). The hard drive I’m using is Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SSD.

The log is can be found here: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/ad7vxn1ub1mqfl6/umbrel.log.txt?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/ad7vxn1ub1mqfl6/umbrel.log.txt?dl=0)

I’m using the official power supply.

I uninstalled the Mempool and BTC RPC explorer apps and restarted. Haven’t seen the issue since.
