# So disappointed...Looking for help but cannot get any response

I tried solving my problem myself by searching the forum but could not resolve the issue.

But I have received no response. Did I not ask my question properly? I apologize if I am doing something wrong.

Or is this considered normal behavior for a node? Should I expect to lose a few million sats without explanation? And trying to contact umbrel but receive no response whatsoever?
