# Problem With Apps "Stuck on Starting"

Recently, My PC crashed and I needed to restart, after that I’ve started umbrel but all the apps are stuck on “Starting”. I’ve tried all the commands on troubleshooting guide, but it doesn’t work. When I used the Command to start my umbrel with terminal ( ~/umbrel/scripts/start) appears an error “Creating Tor\_Proxy Error. I’ve tried " sudo ~/umbrel/scripts/debug” it works, but turn off my Remote Tor Access, and when I click to turn on, it reboot my page and begins again to apps stuck on “Starting”
