# Paperless ngx issue

Hi, I,m running UmbrelOS 1.7.4 on a Proxmox VM. I tried to install Paperless ngx 3.1.3 from the app store. The installation run slowly and, at the end, I tried to launch the program but an Error\_Connection\_Refuses opened up on the browser. After some attempts, I tried to install Papra.  
Same error.  
I’ve installed Paperless on a Proxmox LXC bare metal and it works.  
I have othe apps on UmbrelOs that run smmothly.  
Any idea?
