# Nunchuk (Desktop)

## Instructions

1. Make sure Tor is up and running on your system. [Click here](http://community.umbrel.com/t/setup-tor-on-your-system/7509) for instructions.

2. Go to _ **Settings** _ by clicking on your profile picture.

3. Open the _ **Network settings** _ tab.

4. Enable _ **Connect to Electrum server** _ or _ **Connect to Core node** _ depending on your need. Electrum is recommended as more efficient and fast.

5. Enable _ **Use TOR proxy** _ and keep the default values.

1. Click _ **Save network settings** _ and _ **Restart** _ to apply changes.

2. After restarting, you should see a colored dot besides the network name if the connection is successful (the colour depends on the connection and network, only red means unsuccessful).

Congratulations! You have successfully connected Nunchuk to your Umbrel.
