# Nextcloud wont open

Nextcloud clicking on the app i get this

There was an error connecting to Nextcloud. Error code: ENOTFOUND

here is troubleshooting log piece i noted most important

xtcloud\_web\_1 | Can’t start Nextcloud because upgrading from 26.0.9.1 to 28.0.3.2 is not supported.  
nextcloud\_web\_1 | It is only possible to upgrade one major version at a time. For example, if you want to upgrade from version 14 to 16, you will have to upgrade from version 14 to 15, then from 15
