# Lost my 2F2 google app with all account including Umbrel, how can I receive the secretbkey

lost my google 2F2 app and all account cannot get into my umbrel, what now ?

i have not lost mine but would love to know the answer myself! i would also love to see security keys become a 2fa option as you can have multiple keys incase of a loss!

did this and worked  
You can remove 2FA with the following steps:

1. Open a terminal window on your computer. On macOS, you can open the Terminal app that’s installed by default on every Mac. On Windows, you can open Command Prompt or the PowerShell app.
2. Type in the following command `ssh -t umbrel@umbrel.local` and press the Enter key (use your Umbrel instance’s password)
3. Run `sudo yq eval ‘del(.user.totpUri)’ -i ~/umbrel/umbrel.yaml
