# LNBits event camera not working

I have installed LNBits and “events” extension but when going to “scan ticket” the camera does not work I have tried my computer (apple - safari and chrome) Android with chrome and Iphone with safari nothing works. It does open up a popup that is dark only a cancel button is visible.
