# Install problem with version 0.4.16

Using this installer:  
curl -L [https://github.com/getumbrel/umbrel/archive/v0.4.16.tar.gz](https://github.com/getumbrel/umbrel/archive/v0.4.16.tar.gz) | tar -xz --strip-components=1

I am getting this error on a XUbuntu node:  
**cannot touch ‘/home/superu/umbrel/…/statuses/configured’: No such file or directory**

So, I was forced to run the install script from the root of my home folder instead.

This is a bug that should be addressed.
