# I need help - Bitcoin Node not starting

Weird, nothing stands out in the logs.  
I’ve personally never encountered this, but there are a few threads that have discussions of similar issues [here](https://community.umbrel.com/t/error-system-service-failed-no-restart/12477/7) and [here](https://community.umbrel.com/t/umbrel-is-running-and-dashboard-is-ok-but-node-is-blank/10072/11).

All I can think of is running `~/umbrel/scripts/app restart bitcoin` and then checking logs for a more relevant error that matches one of the threads above.
