# How to restore correctly a vm of a umbrel node?

Hi guys, yesterday i had a problem booting umbrel after update from 1.1.1 to 1.2 and triying to reinstall bos telegram.  
So i restored a vm backup of 2 days before, a couple of hours and vm is ready to start, it started, synced the blockchain, and then, when i opened lightning node i checked that some channels started closing, why?  
Which is the best way to restore a umbrel node avoid closing of channels/others issues?
