# how to install umbrel 1.0 from scratch on RPI4

Hi @JohnSTA sorry to hear about your issue here.

I believe we should be able to resolve this. Just to help us identify the specific issue, can you please navigate to the Settings (http:umbrel.local/settings) \> Troubleshoot \> Bitcoin Then click on “Download Bitcoin node logs”, and please send us the log file here.

Otherwise, you can use this guide [here](https://community.umbrel.com/t/how-to-easily-reformat-an-ext4-umbrel-drive/13139) to reformat your SSD to start again.
