The right way is change the docker-compose.yaml Jellyfin setup to allow access other folders, like new default folder Videos; but if update docker-compose locally, when update will loose this changes ([reference](https://community.umbrel.com/t/i-wish-to-make-changes-to-apps-installed-from-umbrel-store-where-are-their-docker-compose-files-located/13724/3)).

I created a issue for add (at least) Videos path on Jellyfin setup. [[Jellyfin] Allow access to Videos path from umbrel os · Issue #3850 · getumbrel/umbrel-apps · GitHub](https://github.com/getumbrel/umbrel-apps/issues/3850)
