# Factory Reset (Umbrel Home)

Due to the failed upgrade to 1.0 on my **Umbrel Home** , I decided to completely reset it. If anyone can help me, here’s the thread: [Umbrel home - sitting @ 20% done for 1.0 upgrade - #15 by denny](https://community.umbrel.com/t/umbrel-home-sitting-20-done-for-1-0-upgrade/15590/15)

However, if there is no way to save it, then I would like to do a factory reset. How can I do this? 💣
