# Error: Failed to start containers, alternative solutions?

Just as an update, I gave up and did a completely fresh install and restored via my seed phrase (lightning channels have yet to appear so that may be an issue that needs fixing) but otherwise everything works again, though not without a lot of troubleshooting of a new persistent issue that resulted in the v1.0.4 release 🙂

Still no solution to this issue, though. So, good luck future people who get this issue.
