# Entire system just stuck

Hey,

I’m not very technical and can’t figure out what to do. I’ve resarted the Umbrel, computer, internet. It’s just stuck. Any guidance would be awesome.

hey @Daniel

It appears you are a couple updates behind here.  
I assume you are running Umbrel on a Raspberry Pi here? I would suggest reflashing your SD card with the latest UmbrelOS image- like when you set-up the Umbrel [here](https://umbrel.com/umbrelos#:~:text=Install%20umbrelOS%20anywhere).

Hey,

So I have the actual machine they use to sell. It’s called the Bitcoin Machine. I never used the page you linked. I just plugged it in and it works. So I’m not sure what to do.
