Hello,

I was able to get ubuntu working on wsl. I started the umbrel code from their website and it went well until i got to the dockers. It says I “cannot connect to the docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?. See ‘docker run --help’”
how do i fix this? I found a docker build and version 23.0.1 and build a5ee5b1. How do I get the dockers to connect?

I discovered that I needed to download Docker Desktop and enable wsl 2 support. That fixed the issue.
