# Cleaning up Umbrel for files for Bitcoin Node crashes

The least technical approach is to [get a 2TB SSD](https://community.umbrel.com/t/what-is-the-realistic-ssd-capacity-needed-for-umbrelos-and-bitcoin-node/24651) and start from the begging.

Adding a separate SSD, could be a **short-term** solution, but the [Bitcoin Blockchain size](https://ycharts.com/indicators/bitcoin_blockchain_size) will keep growing and eventually 1TB will not be enough.

Theoretically you can “clone” the 1TB SSD to the new 2TB, but that can become way too complicated and technical.
